With the latest UNESCO report saying that we’ll fall short on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals on Education, the need for Global Collaboration has never been clearer.

With this in mind we’re delighted to invite you (and your students) to join ‘Teach the World’ on an incredible 24-hour, worldwide, online event. It’s the second annual Global Collaboration Day which aims to:

(1) Demonstrate the power of global connectivity in classrooms, schools, learning institutions and universities around the world

(2) Introduce collaborative tools, resources and projects that are available to educators today

(3) Focus attention on the need for global competency in students and teachers throughout the world

There are loads of exciting ways for you (and your students) to join and, in particular, we’d love to see you at the twitter slow-chat hosted by Leah K Stewart from the ‘Teach the World’ Team.

All you need to do is tweet your response to this question on or around September 15th:

“What ONE Positive do YOU Care Most About Creating in Our World?”

Don’t forget to include both hashtags #DreamBig and #GlobalEd16 so we can find you!
